Daniel J. Banko-Ferran

Welcome

I am a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Better Government Lab in the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University. I work primarily in the fields of labor, behavioral, and health economics.

My research investigates the spillover effects of government policies on individual productivity and well-being, particularly policies relating to overtime work, transit access, and COVID-19 lockdowns. I use applied and experimental methods to investigate causal changes in physical and mental health, financial earnings, and life satisfaction.
